We can deliver to virtually any address in Canada. Please note that local restrictions may result in additional charges or even prevent certain products from reaching the desired destination.
We offer free shipping on orders of $125 or more. Free shipping is not available in northern and remote regions. Additional charges may apply. For orders under $125, we charge a $25 delivery fee.
Large and bulky items may incur additional shipping charges. If necessary, a clerk will contact you.
Delivery can take from 4 to 14 business days.
In-store collection
In-store collection of an online purchase must be carried out during regular opening hours.
In this situation, responsibility for loss and ownership of the item purchased passes to you as soon as you take possession of it in store.
A confirmation will be sent to the customer as soon as the in-store order is ready for collection. It is important to note that pick-up can only take place once this confirmation has been received.
Prices and discounts
Prices may vary between those displayed in-store and those shown on the Internet. Online prices apply exclusively to orders placed on the online platform, while in-store prices are reserved for purchases made directly in person.
Order errors
If you believe that an error has been made when placing an order, please inform us immediately. You have up to 48 hours after receipt to send us a message to the following address: info@piecesroulottes.com, providing sufficiently precise details on the nature of the error.
Accuracy of information
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information published on our site, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Canadian currency.
The products available on our site, as well as the offer dates, prices, availability, characteristics and technical specifications of these products, are subject to revision and modification without notice. It is possible that a product ordered online is no longer available in our inventory or cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, the order will be cancelled, and any sums paid will be refunded.
In the event of non-conformity of the description of a product, your only recourse is to return it in its original packaging for a refund, in accordance with the refund terms specified below.
